New York City Officially Has A ‘Little Paris’ Neighborhood

NYC has a new neighborhood for all of its French owned businesses in the Nolita/SoHo area.

A group of French business owners bound together to create it's own part of NYC filled with French culture. Centre street in Nolita/Soho between Broome & Grand is where you would like to explore "Little Paris." It all started with the women-owned language and cultural center Coucou who said the surrounding area when they moved to Centre street in 2019 was filled with “quaint little boutiques, cafes and restaurants, and bakeries” that reminded them of Paris.

While in Little Parish, I stopped by the bakery Maman, but there is also the wine bar La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels and other cute French stores! There is also an old police headquarters across the street that you can see in my video below. The architecture was inspired by Paris’s famous Hotel de Ville.

Watch my video hanging around Little Paris and sign + share their petition to officially name the area!
