Here are the events we are having at the library for February:
Every Monday at 11:15am we have Around the World Story time. This is a fun story time for children 3 and up. The children explore a different country every week. They have stories, songs and crafts related to that country.
Every Tuesday at 11am and again at 6pm we have Mother Goose on the Loose Baby story time. Mother Goose on the Loose is a program that aids in speech development, literacy, and even prepares your child for school all through repetition while having fun singing, listening to books, playing instruments, and playing with scarves. This program is most appropriate for ages Birth to 3 years .
February 3 Read to Dino the therapy dog from 2:30 to 4pm
February 9 Drop in and make a craft for your favorite valentine.
February 12 Essential oils Roller Bottle Class at 6:30pm. Class is free to attend. $5 for each roller bottle you want to make and take with you.
February 13 at 7pm Berks County Heritage Center Traveling Trunk will present the Gruber Wagon Works.
February 22 Movie and snacks at 6pm. Movie is free and snacks will be sold for a small price.
February 27 Beginner Flower Arranging class at 7pm. Cost is $25 for class which covers all supplies. Please bring your own gardening shears. This is a BYOB event for those that are 21 and older.
