You're invited to the Capital Blue Health and Wellness Center for our Fall Health Fair for seniors and new retirees.
Meet with various vendors to discuss community resources available for seniors. Get health screenings for body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, glucose (fasting required), and DermaScan for screenings for skin damage detection. You can interact with Capital Blue Health coaches and speak to a registered dietitian. You can even join in light exercise demonstrations designed specifically for seniors.
