Asian Non-Smokers Get Six Extra Days of Vacation


A Japanese company began offering non-smoking employees an additional six days of paid vacation to make up for the time smokers spend on smoke breaks. It was decided that the average smoke break lasts about 15 minutes, and when calculated out over the course of a year, the extra vacation days made perfect sense.
