COLD START TO THE WEEK:
There is a storm system that is passing to our South that will bring some light snow along the PA/MD border, otherwise it will be a mix of clouds and sun today with a well below average high in the mid 30s.
TUESDAY MIX/WEATHER WARN DAY:
Another system heads our way early tomorrow morning that will bring us a wintry mix of snow, sleet and even some freezing rain. The precipitation will change to rain by lunchtime, ending the icing threat. Be prepared very slick travel and icy spots for the Tuesday morning commute, and the National Weather Service has us under a Winter Weather Advisory until 1pm.
MAJOR WARM-UP:
For the second half of the week, temperatures will soar into the 60s with the threat for showers increasing. A solid taste of Spring is on the way!
