Woman Sues Canada Dry For No Ginger In Ginger Ale

New York, a woman named Julie Fletcher was drinking Canada Dry Ginger Ale and noticed that on the list of ingredients, it didn't mention GINGER.

The ingredients are listed in this order: carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, citric acid, sodium benzoate, natural flavors, caramel color.

On the can itself, it says "Made From Real Ginger" so maybe the natural flavors that are mentioned are referencing ginger.

Now Julie is suing Canada Dry because she thought that they used ginger root and made the drink a healthier alternative to other soft drinks.

Julie is hoping to turn this into a class-action lawsuit so everyone who has been misled by Canada Dry.
