LOWER ALSACE TWP., Pa. - Authorities in Berks County are on the hunt for a man who ransacked a cell tower site and stole copper wire.
Police said the man seen in surveillance photos broke into the AT&T cell phone tower site on Skyline Drive in Lower Alsace Township Tuesday night.
Authorities said he took off with numerous sections of copper grounding wire and caused a "substantial amount of damage" to the property.
