When temperatures drop this time of year, many of us bundle up before hitting the sack, but it turns out, those fluffy socks and flannel PJs may not be such a good idea. According to sleep expert Sammy Margo, we should be taking our clothes off to sleep better, not putting more on. She says sleeping naked can help regulate body temperature and improve sleep quality, even during the winter. Margo says sleeping in the nude can help you fall asleep faster, potentially lead to more intimacy and bonding with your partner, improve your complexion and even boost self-confidence and body image.
