A mobile veterinary clinic is making another stop in Lancaster Monday. The group Humane Pals will provide microchipping, vaccinations, distemper and rabies shots at the pay-what-you-can event. It will happen today as well as next Monday at the Christ United Methodist Church in Lancaster. A clinic in Reading will also take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Community Resource Center. Promoters say the clinics are meant to serve people who otherwise may not have access to a traditional vet hospital for care for their pets.
