Central Pennsylvania has some of the best cities to retire, according to a new analysis by U.S. News & World Report. The report looked data from 150 of the largest cities in the nation and based the rankings on housing affordability, tax rates, health care quality, and the happiness of residents. Lancaster got the highest rank in Pennsylvania with 5th place. Then Harrisburg at 13th place, with York at 17th and Philadelphia at 19th.
