An alleged major interstate dogfighting ring, which involved New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, has been busted. Officials say ten people were arrested and 89 dogs confiscated, in what they're calling the largest dogfighting ring in Suffolk County, New York history. Authorities say they found dogfighting paraphernalia, including surgical supplies, equipment used to increase dogs' tenacity and bite strength, and ledgers and other documentation of dogfighting. They also seized narcotics and firearms.
