If you want to feel appreciated and loved, then ARL absolutely guarantees that Marvin will make you feel like you’re the most amazing person in the world with his affectionate nature and his incredible purr. He’s 9 years old, and as you can see, he’s missing an ear. Following persistent ear infections that wouldn’t get better and hindered his ability to be available for adoption, which has made him our longest resident at the shelter, ARL's medical team decided that ear removal would be his only option for complete healing and pain-free living. He’s on the mend and despite all that he’s been though, it hasn’t affected his happiness, his ability to give or receive love, nor his sweet and charming nature. Marvin has been living for months in people’s offices at the ARL, and is truly a favorite of everyone who meets him. Marvin is available for adoption from the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
