John Ray Lomack was caught on camera stealing a 70-inch TV from a downtown Seattle Target, dragging the TV out of the store and down the street where he was arrested. He was released without bail by a judge who’s known to be lenient with homeless offenders, but he was right back in court Wednesday on the charges after they were rush filed by the prosecutor’s office…and was released without bail again by a different judge. Lomack has a rap sheet dating back to the 80s with over 30 different felony and misdemeanor charges listed.
