Target stores are launching a plan to make in-store shopping a little more convenient in the age of coronavirus. With many folks about to begin their holiday shopping and with stores in many communities subject to capacity limits, the last thing that anyone wants to do is get to a store and find a wait to get inside. On Thursday, Target unveiled a program that has customers logging online before they leave home to see if there's a wait to get into their neighborhood store. If there is a wait, customers can reserve a spot in line and then receive a text when it's their turn to go shopping. The retailer says that it's a way to keep those lines down and improve the shopping experience.
