Pennsylvania Woman Facing Several Charges For Coughing On Food

A Pennsylvania woman is facing several charges including disorderly conduct and terroristic threats after she purposely coughed on food at a grocery store in Luzerne County. Officials say that back in March, Margaret Cirko allegedly coughed and spat all over food displays in a Nanticoke grocery store while saying she has the virus. The incident caused Gerrity's to throw out about 35-thousand dollars worth of meat, bakery items and produce. Yesterday, Cirko was in court in Luzerne County and a magistrate confirmed there is enough evidence for her to stand trial.
