A Tennessee court is ruling that a man who admitted to following women in public and photographing their breasts and genitals was not engaging in illegal activity. The New York Times was the first to report that Knoxville's Court of Criminal Appeals ruled the man's three illegal photography convictions should be thrown out. It said his actions are protected by laws allowing photos and videos to be shot in public. The judge said the photos taken by the man represent an unfortunate reality in today's digital world.
