A popular convenience store in the area is closed temporarily due to the coronavirus. Officials with Wawa say the store in Bern Township had to undergo a deep cleaning and disinfecting. They say the store, which is just off Route 183, closed after an associate tested positive for COVID-19. Wawa says the employee who tested positive for the virus last worked in the store on April 2nd. The store is working with the health department to identify anyone that had close contact with the associate.
