EMS personnel in Berks County are making an urgent plea for help. The county's COVID-19 Joint Task Force said the supply of personal protective equipment available to local ambulance service providers has reached a critically low level. The task force on Sunday said current projections indicate Berks E-M-S agencies will exhaust supplies in just two weeks.
