A woman in the U.K. was on a walk with her family recently when she captured a couple’s engagement in a photo. Charlene-Louise Johnstone snapped at the exact moment the future groom was down on knee at a scenic lookout and she shared it in a Facebook post, asking the social media to help find them.
She didn’t want to interrupt their special moment, but she thought the couple would want to have the amazing photo. The people of the Internet got to work, the post went viral and within days, Johnstone was able to track them down. The lovebirds don’t want their names shared, but say they’re delighted by the response the photo has generated.
In a follow-up post, Johnstone sends a “huge congratulations” to the bride- and groom-to-be, adding, “Love a happy ending.”
