Authorities say they do not plan to press charges against a 27-year-old woman who was seen completely naked near the baggage claim at Miami International Airport. Video captured the unidentified woman roaming around wearing just her bra and panties while singing before she removed what was left. The woman then made her way to the parking garage where she was confronted by officers, who described her as "incoherent" and "delusional." Officers managed to detain the woman previously arrested in November and she was taken into custody for an involuntary mental health evaluation.
