Talk about heartless, an Arizona community was trying to remove a teen from his grandparent's house after the boy lost both his parents within two weeks of each other. The community is a 55+, which means that only residents that are 55 years of age or older can own or live there. However, when the teen came to live with his grandparents, they soon got a letter from the association saying that they had a deadline to find other living arrangements for Collin Clabaugh. The association says that the rules are the rules and they have to think about what's in the best interest of all the residents, not just Collin's grandparents. However, after this story went public the association says that they are now working with the board to find a resolution.
