Two teen brothers are the latest victims from a volcano eruption in New Zealand.
Matthew Hollander, 13, and Berend Hollander, 16, died at the hospital. Their parents Martin and Barbara remain missing. The boys were born in Chicago and their mom was a native of the city. This brings the confirmed death toll to eight, though eight more bodies are believed to still be on the island. Plans to recover them yesterday were delayed due to the volcano’s activity. Today, there's a 60-percent chance of another eruption, so the plan is to recover the bodies tomorrow..
At least 28 survivors remain in the hospital with severe burns. That includes a Virginia couple on a day trip during their honeymoon cruise.
