The attorney for an Alaska dentist is apologizing after his client is accused of riding a hoverboard during a tooth pulling. Seth Lookhart's trial is nearing completion this week after he was also accused of defrauding Medicaid and his business partners. He faces 42-charges, including allegations he needlessly sedated patients and then would bill Medicaid for the anesthesia. Lookhart's attorney Paul Stockler apologized during cross examination of prosecution witness Veronica Wilhelm. She testified Thursday she was shocked when investigators showed her a video of when she had her tooth pulled by Lookhart in 2016 while he was riding a hoverboard. Stockler called his client's behavior "idiotic."
