Study: People Who Are Always Late Are Healthier and Happier

If you’re always late, you may be doing yourself a favor.

Researchers at Harvard Medical School have discovered that people who are running late are often operating with a sense of calm that could be adding years to their lives. The study also found that optimism appears to protect the heart and circulation, and can lower the rate of death.

The key is, people who are chronically late, don’t have the same perception of time as others. So, while those who are waiting for you to arrive may be stressed,youget to live longer…probably.
