The Pennsylvania SPCA is looking for the person who walked off with a puppy over the weekend. A reward of a thousand dollars is being offered to whomever can provide the information necessary to arrest the suspect behind the theft of a Shiba Inu puppy. The dog was in the agency's shelter on Erie Avenue Friday when a male suspect was filmed placing the animal in a backpack before walking off. The puppy had been microchipped but was not ready for adoption.
