Neighbors are in shock after learning of the conditions inside a home in Volusia County. Edgewater police report finding three children and almost 250 animals living in filth in a home this weekend. A man and two women are charged with child abuse and animal cruelty. Neighbors had reported problems at the home for years, but they tell the Daytona Beach News-Journal they had no idea how bad things were inside.
