A Chicago lawmaker who is pushing an idea to address the problem of pigeon poop at a CTA Blue Line station received an unexpected surprise. Democratic state Representative Jaime Andrade was the target of one of the birds while he was being interviewed outside the Irving Park stop. The pigeon did its business on the lawmaker's head. One of Andrade's ideas is to ask the CTA to install a hose line for power washing when it builds new escalators at the stop.
