A vegan woman from Australia is suing her neighbors for their meat-filled backyard barbecues. Australia's Nine reports Cilla Carden took a lawsuit to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, where she accused her neighbors of intentionally being a nuisance. She cited the times they barbecued in the backyard, filling her property with carnivorous smells, smoke and the sounds of children playing. Both a lower court and the Supreme Court have thrown out the case, saying her neighbors are simply "living." Carden filed nearly 600 pages of documents when she made her appeal. She now plans to continue the legal battle, claiming all she wants is "peace and quiet."
