A hot air balloon's hard landing is responsible for several injuries. The incident happened yesterday evening during the Hannibal Missouri Bicentennial Celebration. The balloon landed right in the midst of a group of onlookers knocking several people to the ground. A woman and child suffered minor cuts and bruises. There is no word as to what caused the balloon to make the uncontrolled landing.
