Parents always hope their kids are listening to them and Julianne Moore recently proved that she was when she followed what her mom and dad taught and it helped save her six-year-old brother from a possible kidnapper. The 11-year-old girl was playing outside in her Cleveland, Ohio front yard with her brother when she says a man grabbed her brother’s arm.
The little girl says she managed to pull her brother away from the man and took him to the backyard while she yelled for her dad, Joshua’s help. The brave girl gave a full description of the suspect to police and they had him in custody 10 minutes later, according to dad. He says he teaches his kids to use the buddy system and is proud of his daughter for taking action.
“She’s my hero. She saved my son,” Joshua says. “I truly believe my son wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for her.”
