A South Jersey man faces charges after allegedly being seen on video urinating on a memorial for a child who died of cancer. The online video popped up over the weekend. It appears to show Bryan Bellace urinating on a plaque in Mays Landing for nine-year-old Christian Clopp who passed away from cancer in 2012. Bellace faces lewdness and disorderly conduct charges and according to the Press Of Atlantic City lost his job at his father's company.
