The late comic book legend Stan Lee's former manager is charged with elder abuse. Los Angeles City News Service reports Keya Morgan was charged with five counts of elder abuse, including false imprisonment, fraud, and forgery on Friday. Lee died in November and the charges stem from an incident last summer. Morgan became involved with Lee in 2017 and the Marvel Comics co-founder's family got a restraining order against him last year. Lee's family accused Morgan of seizing control of Lee's Hollywood Hills home and hiring security guards he ordered to keep relatives and associates away, then moving Lee out of the home.
