Thanks to the kindness of a stranger, a Chicago area family got to enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the movies. Jennifer Daly says she and her kids were recently forced to leave a Lake in the Hills theater after someone complained that her son, Jonathan, who has special needs, was disrupting the film by laughing.
After hearing about the situation, a man in Louisiana reached out to help. He rented out an entire theater in Woodstock for the Daly family and close to 40 other kids with special needs. The mom says when she posted about the incident on social media, she had no idea it would lead to this wonderful gift. The generous stranger, Beau Box, says “I think everybody should be able to see a movie, even if they have special needs.”
