Meet Isaac! He is one of the cats from a hoarding case that made the news. Isaace has made a remarkable change from being scared and shut down to being one of the most outgoing cats. As soon as you open his kennel, he practically leaps into your arms! He loves to hold conversations with you, loves feather wands and is such a sweet boy! Isaac is available for adoption from the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
