Mars Wrigley is Hiring a Summer Intern Who Will Get Paid to Eat Candy

If you’ve got a sweet tooth and you’re looking for a career change, have we got a job for you. Mars Wrigley, the company behind M&Ms, Twix, Snickers, and more of our favorite candy, is hiring interns for a sweet gig - sorry, had to do it. Interns won’t just get paid for the eight to 12 week program - they’ll also get a signing bonus of a year’s worth of candy!

The candy company is looking for candidates with a “big heart, boundless imagination, and unwavering commitment to making life in their community just a little bit sweeter.” So what does that really mean? Candy tasting, for one thing. Interns will travel to Mars Wrigley manufacturing sites, learn how products are made, and such, but the best perk is the sampling, of course.

Interns will need strong communication skills, photo, video, and production experience, and to be social media savvy. The internship is based out of their Chicago HQ, so you’ll need to live nearby during the job. Applicants also have to be at least 21 years old, but they also want them to have “the mindset of a kid in a candy store.” sound like you? Head over to their site to apply.
