Santa Rosa Police say the suspect in Saturday's hit and run involving a seven-year-old girl had warrants out for his arrest. The crimes behind the warrants haven't been specified, but 29-year-old Dominick Weaver was found yesterday hiding in an upstairs bedroom of a house with the BMW suspected of hitting the girl parked nearby. Evidence against Weaver reportedly includes social media postings of Weaver driving the car and a video of him allegedly trying to hide it after Hazel Conzet was hit on Louis Krohn Drive. She was treated for minor injuries and her mother says Hazel was back in school yesterday.
