Officials are investigating after a housekeeper got trapped in an Upper East Side home elevator the entire weekend. The owners of the East 65th Street townhouse, billionaire banker Warren Stephens and his wife Harriet, were out of town. The 53-year-old woman, who's worked for the family for 18 years, was rescued Monday by firefighters who forced the doors open. She was rushed to a hospital and is expected to be okay but the Stephens have been cited for refusing to provide access to building inspectors following the incident.
