We're learning more details about the pregnant woman who was stabbed to death over the weekend in Tempe. Police said yesterday that 39-year-old Kristina Howato was working as a Lyft driver early Sunday morning when she went to pick up 20-year-old Fabian Durazo. Durazo began attacking Howato as she was dropping him off near University Drive and McClintock Road. Officials say he kept stabbing the victim after she got out of her SUV, then Durazo took the car and left the scene. Howato and her unborn baby were pronounced dead at the hospital, and Durazo was arrested later in the day near Quartzsite. Police say Durazo admitted to stabbing the victim after being booked into jail.
