PA Man Saves Deer From Frozen Lake, Now Faces Fines for Helping the Animal

A Pennsylvania man who helped rescue a small buck from a frozen lake is now facing a fine for helping the animal. John Stoll says he helped the Game Commission among others save the among over the weekend and then offered to take the deer home to see if he could help him further. He says no one stopped him or told him it was illegal. Now, the Game Commission is saying he could face two fines for taking the deer home. Unfortunately, the deer did not survive.
