There really are still good, honest people in the world and one couple from Georgia is living proof. When a store owner in Rincon reported that he’d lost a bank bag with close to a $25,000 deposit inside, police hoped a kind hearted person would find the cash and turn it in, and that’s just what happened.
Jeff and Michelle Green came across the bag of money and made sure it got back to the rightful owner. “We always encourage citizens to do the right thing both morally and legally!,” the Rincon Police Department writes in a Facebook post. “Thank you to the Greens!”
