Investigators in western Wisconsin say the driver in the hit and run that killed three Girl Scouts and a mom was high and fighting with the other person in his truck when he ran off the road over the weekend. WQOW TV reported last night that police think 21-year-old Colton Treu was high after huffing air duster fumes when he ran off the road, and cut down the Girl Scouts. The station says a passenger in his truck tried to grab the wheel to straighten-out the truck, but Treu fought back and veered off the road. Treu is expected to be in a Chippewa County courtroom today.
