NJ Cop Performs Emergency C-Section To Deliver Baby Deer

A newborn fawn is alive due to the medical prowess of a Warren County cop.  A Washington Township police officer responded to a call about a pregnant doe yesterday that was killed by a car but still showing movement.  The cop performed an emergency C-section on the doe's carcass, and was able to save one of the two babies still in utero.  Another officer came and took the animal home, keeping it warm and massaging its chest to get its lungs working properly.  According to the Washington Township's Facebook page, the premature fawn is alive and receiving necessary care.
