The city of Philadelphia and two black men arrested while sitting in a Starbucks are settling their differences.  Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson say they will accept a symbolic one-dollar each along with a promise the city will use 200-thousand-dollars to establish a program for young entrepreneurs.  Nelson and Robinson were arrested on April 12th while waiting for a friend to arrive.  The CEO of Starbucks has since apologized to both men.
