PennDot is telling motorists to expect delays on 222 and 422 because of nighttime brush cutting starting Monday night. The work is supposed to start at 9pm until 6am Tuesday morning.
On 222, brush cutting will take place between 422/West Shore Bypass and Park Road. On 422, brush cutting will take place between 12/Warren Street Bypass and 176.
This will be a moving operation. Be alert for slow moving vehicles and lane restrictions on US 222 north or south and US 422 east or west for vegetation management. Expect delays and please use caution driving through the work zone.
