Clara is a very special dog! She was brought into the shelter with two severely broken front legs and as a result learned to walk on her back legs! She had corrective surgery on her front legs and is now ready for her new home. Clara is approximately 9 months old, and is currently in a medical foster home. Clara loves to get the zoomies and is filled with lots of energy and spunk now that she is healed! She will need a little bit of training to perfect housebreaking, and to spiffy up her manners. She enjoys crashing after long periods of play and giving lots of snuggles and kisses. She also enjoys sleeping with her foster mama at the foot of the bed. Her foster mom thinks she'd do best being with kids who will help her play and another dog friend who is tolerant of her high energy and can play with her and maybe help show her the ropes with housebreaking. Clara is available for adoption from the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
