This lucky cat somehow survived being impaled on a metal fence in London. He was found by a passerby who got the cat help. The posts narrowly missed the cat's vital organs and he is now recovering. Authorities are trying to determine is the cat jumped or slipped from a balcony and became impaled by accident or if foul play is involved.
