Man Sued Over Sign That Raised $19K for PA State Trooper Who Got Shot

Nolan Kemmerer wanted to help Cpl. Seth Kelly who was shot in November while in the line of duty so he created a sign which raised $19,000 for the state trooper. Now a small nonprofit from Luzerne County is suing Kemmerer and his company for copyright infringement.
