Fire Alerts of Berks County on Facebook is reporting that crews are on the scene of an accident involving a car in water. Reports say the driver is handicap and unable to get out of the car. Water is reportedly up to the car’s tires. The accident happened at Tulpehocken Road and Paper Mill Road in Lower Heidelberg Township. No more details are available at this time.
