Andi's Adoptables: Meet Mimi!

Andi's Adoptables powered by Contemporary Insurance

Mimi is a 7 year old spayed female Pekinese.  The owner was evicted from their home and could no longer keep her dogs.  Mimi was surrendered with another female dog, but that dog has since been adopted.  In addition to living with another dog, Mimi was around younger children (ages 5, 7, and 9) and said to do well with them.   The previous owners said that Mimi loves everyone and enjoys lots of attention.  The owner was not exaggerating when she said Mimi was sweet, she is incredibly friendly!  Mimi is also very silly and even knows the command “sit” and “roll over”.  Mimi does have a condition called chronic dry eye and will need someone willing to give her daily medication for life to produce artificial tears.  This may sound like a big task to take on, but it will become part of your routine and Mimi promises she will be worth the extra trouble!  Just look at that cute fluff ball!  As you can see, Mimi does have a cute fluffy coat, but that means she will need regular grooming and brushing.  She is available for adoption from the Humane Society of Berks County
