Through an open manhole, thousands of roaches are unleashed into a Philadelphia neighborhood. One resident in the area says it's the worst infestation they've ever seen. It all started Sunday when the bugs started crawling out the manhole. But it became a concern when they didn't stop the next day. A crew was sent Tuesday after three residents called the Philadelphia Water Department. The crew didn't find any roaches but bait was left for the insects if they decide to invade again.
